Breaking Down Your Personal Training Session


In order to save time, a pre-screen form is automatically emailed to you to be filled out PRIOR to your appointment.

During - 60 Minute Appointment

We will take the form and have a further discussion which is followed by:

  • Medical & Injury history
  • Training & Physical Activity History
  • Goal setting & expectations
  • Nutrition & Supplementation
  • Lifestyle & Stress Management

We will then go through, develop and agree on a full management plan. This step is key for achieving maximum results.

Finally, we go through a full physical assessment including general mobility, basic movement pattern and technique assessments.


So you can reflect on and apply it at any time, the management plan will be emailed to you.

Your progression pathway, which is based on your management plan, will be presented to you so that you know what is happening every step of the way.
